Precious Hearts is a private organization founded by Erica Mills-Hollis, exclusively for charitable and educational purposes.To improve the self-esteem and lives of pregnant teens and teen parents by providing resources to help them complete their education, achieve economic self-sufficiency through empowerment and training, child development services, support services and job searching techniques, and future teen pregnancy prevention.”
We do not fundraise for any specific organization and Precious Hearts Corp. is not organized solely to contribute or fundraise for any specific entity. However, at the discretion of the board of directors we may at times, choose to contribute to other organizations who share a similar mission and only if the contributions further our exempt status, with the objective to eliminate and alleviate chronic malnutrition and hunger.
Precious Hearts Corp. may exercise its right under law to contribute to non 501 (c)(3) organizations only on the condition that Precious Hearts Corp. retains control over the use of the funds and maintaining records showing that the funds are used for exclusively charitable purposes in accordance to our mission.
OUR BOARD

Erica Mills-Hollis is the Founder of Precious Hearts Organization, MH Virtual Assistant Solutions and Precious Heart Publishing, where she has penned four titles and developes new and upcoming authors. Her first title Dreams Altered But Not Abandoned - The Teen Mom Experience is a guide for pregnant and parenting teens that will assist them from birth to college. Erica is also an advocator for promoting teen parenting success and preventive measures.

Arthur L. Gregg is the assistant vice president for Multicultural Affairs and director of the Multicultural Center at The University of Texas at Dallas. In his current position, he is responsible for the Multicultural Center as well as campus wide diversity and cultural competency programs. Also, he advises various multicultural organizations, teaches in the Freshman Seminar program and serves on various committees on the UTD campus.

Sandra Cadena is a Key Account Manager at Redi-Mix Concrete a US Concrete Co. where she exudes leadership and commitment in the male dominated industry. Sandra also devotes countless hours volunteering in several Dallas/Ft. Worth area hospitals. It doesn't matter if the job is comforting patients and their familes, feeding the new borns, or translating so that other's expereinces are easier, Sandra can always be counted on to lend a soothing hand.

Anita Hawkins is an Entrepreneur, model, author and philanthropist. In 2006, she launched Trokar Industries, LLC. Most recently, Anita established Lady Eloise, LLC, under which she operates her new healthy lifestyle restaurant franchise Fresh Healthy Café. The first of 10 Metroplex locations will open for business in Prosper in 2015. She has raised many hundreds of thousands of dollars for numerous charities, and still counting.
